These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bajliv ("Company", "we", "us") and any user of the bajliv platform ("you", "member"). 3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one bajliv account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

If false information is provided, bajliv reserves the right to close the account and freeze funds at any time. bajliv may request identity documents or other supporting documents at any time for verification purposes.

• At any stage of registration, bajliv may request proof of age documents (national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate);

• Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately and all deposits will be returned.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method;

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency

6.1 Welcome Bonus

bajliv offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000;
• Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, the total combined amount of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement 25x). Bonus funds cannot be cashed out until the wagering requirement has been met.

6.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page;
• Each bonus offer may be used only once per member;
• bajliv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time;
• If evidence of bonus abuse (arbitrage, multiple accounts) is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on bajliv are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are entirely random and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). bajliv conducts regular independent audits to ensure fair play.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bajliv reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server outages, network issues, or any other technical fault, bajliv will take appropriate action based on the circumstances. Incomplete game rounds will generally be cancelled and the wagered amount returned.

9.1 bajliv's Rights

• Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system;
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

9.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account yourself at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of the request, it will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
